BA in Psychology and French, Cornell University

I am a Ph.D student in the Psychology Department at Carnegie Mellon University. I'm interested in how children learn language through interactions with their caregivers. I am currently studying the types of feedback that adults give in response to children's grammatical mistakes. My research evaluates whether these forms of feedback are helpful as children quickly learn to communicate.
